How we calculate scores + Question Cancellation

A: Scores are calculated using the following method:

1. MCQ: Each question is worth one point which are added together. There are no differing question weights, so they are all worth an equal point amount. The final amount of questions correct will be divided by the total scored. (See Below on Question Cancellation) 

2. FRQ: Each question is worth three points, which are added together. There are no differing question weights, so they are all worth an equal point amount. The final scores will be added together then divided by the total possible score. (See Below on Question Cancellation) 

3. Both point totals and points scored are added together then divided by the possible point total.

• 0-39%: Score of 1

• 40-59%: Score of 2

• 60-79%: Score of 3

• 80-89%: Score of 4

• 90-100%: Score of 5 

B: Question Cancellation

Questions may be cancellation or not utilized for scoring if more than half of the test-takers inputted an incorrect answer choice. This is not guaranteed, and is up to BoundBoard.
