TABLE OF CONTENTS
BoundBoard's Services for Students with Disabiltiies (SSD) does not require that students or faculty submit a request for accomodations in MOST situtations. The proctor and/or school is expected to review your documentation such as 504 plans, IEPs, etc. and make a decision on what accomodations you should have. If at any time you feel that the proctor/faculty member is bias, please contact SSD.
The following accommodations are available without request:
ACCOMMODATION CODE | ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION
Time Accommodations
AA-T-1: Extended Time up to Regular Time + 1/2 (e.g. Regular Time: 1:00h + Extended Time: 1:00h/2= Total Time: 1h 30m)
AA-T-2: Extended Time up to Regular Time X 2 (e.g. Extended Time: 1:00h*2= 2hr = Total Time: 2hr)
AA-T-3: Breaks as Needed (e.g. Time will pause as students take breaks) (30m break maximum at a time)
Testing must stop to be considered a break. The student must leave the testing area.
AA-T-4: Extended Breaks up to Regular Time X2 (e.g. Extended Time: 10m*2= Total Time: 20m)
Testing must stop to be considered a break. The student must leave the testing area.
AA-T-5: Additional Breaks up to 3 (e.g. Regular Breaks Amount: 1 break (10m) + Additional Breaks: 2 breaks (20m) = Total Breaks: 3 (30m))
Testing must stop to be considered a break. The student must leave the testing area.
Additional breaks must be requested by the student. They cannot return to testing until the time is over regardless of how short or long their break is.
AA-T-6: Over-Time Testing (OTT) up to 2 days (e.g. Testing may take place during any 2 consecutive days excluding Friday)
The student must take both days to take the exam. The time will be all-day or as the school offers.
You do not need to request extended time or extended/additional breaks if you are going to utilize OTT.

These items may be placed in a small clear bag during testing on or under a student's desk. They may not be located in their bags.
Food or Drink
These items may be administered at the discretion of the proctor or testing center policy.
For paper exams: Food and Drinks MUST only be administered during BREAKS or away from the testing area. This does not stop testing time. For extended time or breaks, request via a proctor and ensure its listed on the answer sheet.
Blood-Sugar Testing
For phone usage: the student must call a proctor to monitor them while they utilize the device. Proctors may not deny this to a student and must go over to monitor the student in a timely manner. The phone must be face-down with the student at the corner of the desk at all times other than when using it for its intended purpose during testing.
